James has developed commercial space in various locations and a multi-million-dollar office conversion to a luxury condominium within the United States. James joined Hornet Properties in December of 2015 as a Senior Manager, and he became the Vice President of the company to positions of increasing responsibility. Before being named the Executive Vice President of the company James was committed to customer satisfaction and with his professionalism and integrity to approach each buyer with tailored marketing solutions and above all his committed to providing each of our customers a professional and excellent service regardless of the amount and size. To date, James has completed over $12 million in residential and commercial projects throughout the world.
Eric Firstman is the CEO/Founder of Hornet Properties. In this role, Eric is responsible for the expenditures, operating efficiency, and strategic capital planning of the company Eric is responsible for establishing the company’s purpose of creating great places for people, and it's promise of providing fabled experiences to its customers. Since 2005, Eric has developed and planned over twenty thousand acres of land and advanced more than one million square feet of office, industrial, medical, retail and residential properties, including more than seven hundred units of multifamily apartment residences. Under his leadership, Hornet Properties has grown into a better company that has saved clients millions of dollars. His project managers lend their expertise and experience to capital improvement projects where most managing agents and building owners lack the specialized knowledge and distinct technical skills necessary for successful completion. Eric distinguishes his self from larger conglomerates, as well as from other broker and with his boutique-style" structure, which allows for more personal and creative client focus less on bureaucracy and management, and more on practical market knowledge and experience, to approach each client with tailored marketing solutions and above all, a personal commitment to fully service.
Jingyi Zhang brings more than 12 years of commercial real estate development experience in the Asia Region to Hornet Properties. As Head of Operation of the region, he guides Hornet Properties strategically in sustained development and regional growth. Mr Zhang focuses on procurement and development relationships to support all business interests. Additionally, Jingyi develops implements and manages Hornet Properties compliance with quality assurance and policies related to the use of technology and human resources in his region.
Deborah Smith brings more than 10 years of international real estate development experience to Hornet Properties. As chief operating officer of the Gulf/Middle East region she oversees the strategy, vision, development and execution of projects.
